TourVendor operates as an online marketplace connecting travelers with independent tour operators, destination management companies, hotels, transport providers, activity suppliers, and travel-related service providers.

2. Marketplace Platform

TourVendor facilitates bookings between travelers and independent suppliers. TourVendor does not own, operate, control, or manage the tours, accommodations, transport services, activities, or experiences offered by suppliers unless explicitly stated.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Booking and Payments

• Availability: All bookings are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice until booking confirmation has been issued.
• Payment: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the supplier’s policies.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier, destination, and service type. The policy displayed on the product page and booking confirmation shall take precedence over any general terms.

TourVendor may assist in coordinating refund requests but does not guarantee approval of refunds beyond the supplier’s published policies.

Travelers may request modifications to bookings. Changes are subject to supplier approval and may incur additional charges.

Suppliers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability, pricing, descriptions, licenses, permits, insurance, and service delivery.

TourVendor shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or losses resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, political instability, or acts of terrorism.

All website content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and software remain the property of TourVendor or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

TourVendor acts solely as an intermediary marketplace. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TourVendor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from travel services provided by third-party suppliers.

Users may submit reviews and content. TourVendor reserves the right to remove content that is false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or violates these Terms.

TourVendor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
